• The Patriotic Education Law of the People's Republic of China, as adopted at the 6th Session of the Standing Committee of the Fourteenth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on October 24, 2023, is hereby issued and shall come into force on January 1, 2024.
• 《中华人民共和国爱国主义教育法》已由中华人民共和国第十四届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第六次会议于2023年10月24日通过，现予公布，自2024年1月1日起施行。

• Article 1 This Law is enacted in accordance with the Constitution to strengthen patriotic education in the new era, inherit and carry forward the spirit of patriotism, and form a mighty force for comprehensively building a modern socialist country and comprehensively advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
