• The establishment of China (Xinjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone (PFTZ) is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and an important measure to advance reform and opening up in the new era. This Plan is developed for the purposes of building a high-quality PFTZ by high standards.
